Hobs Repro Uxbridge are looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join their team.

The Role: 

The purpose of this role is all about looking after our customers, providing best possible service in a timely manner and maximizing inbound opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Providing customer service
• Quotes (create, coordinate, close)
• Support BDM’s in the region
• Record and monitor sales
• Tracking sales leads, creating, coordinating and chasing quotes, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. Working with marketing/lead generating functions on closing opportunities.  Liaising with BDM's on opportunities that require their attention.
• Monitoring sales as well as recording sales data.
• Client engagement (working with marketing and engagement team)

Candidate Requirements: 

• GCSE grade C or above in English  & Maths
• Minimum of two years within a similar role
• Good organizational skills
• Good communicator (written and verbal)
• Good with excel and data manipulation
• Commercially aware
